Description of Services
SEO Group provides search engine optimization tools, site profile services, search analytics, blogs, and personalized content and industry surveys (the "Service"). You also understand that the Service may include certain communications from SEO Group, such as service announcements, administrative messages and survey invitations and that these communications are considered part of SEO Group free registration and paid subscriptions. Any new features that augment or enhance the current Service shall be subject to this Agreement.

Your Privacy
Our Privacy Policy fully discloses how we collect and use your content and information.

Accuracy of Data
Although we strive for 100% accuracy at all times, SEO Group has no control over search engines and search engine results, and therefore, we DO NOT guarantee 100% accurate audit results and search engine rankings. In addition, our auditing software works best with website code that is W3C validated. Any code that is not W3C validated is subject to varied results.

Beta Services
SEO Group may add new features to the Service that are described as "beta" ("Beta Features"). Registrants and Members acknowledge that Beta Features may be untested, non-functional, and/or partly functional features of the Service. If you elect to use a Beta Feature, you do so at your own risk.

User Conduct
As a condition of use, you promise not to use the Services for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms of Use, or any other purpose not reasonably intended by SEO Group. We do our best to keep SEO Group safe, but we cannot guarantee it. We need your help to do that, which includes the following commitments:

• You will not send or otherwise post unauthorized commercial communications (such as spam) on SEO Group.
• You will not collect users' content or information, or otherwise access SEO Group, using automated means (such as harvesting bots, robots, spiders, or scrapers) without our permission.
• You will not upload viruses or other malicious code.
• You will not solicit login information or access an account belonging to someone else.
• You will not bully, intimidate, or harass any user.
• You will not post content that: is hateful, threatening, or pornographic.
• You will not use SEO Group to do anything unlawful, misleading, malicious, or discriminatory.
• You will not do anything that could disable, overburden, or impair the proper working of SEO Group.
• You will not facilitate or encourage any violations of this Statement.

Registration and Account Security
Because SEO Group users provide their real names and information, here are some commitments you make to us relating to registering and maintaining the security of your account:

• You will not provide any false personal information on SEO Group or create an account for anyone other than yourself without permission.
• If we disable your account, you will not create another account without our permission.
• You will keep your contact information accurate and up-to-date.
• You will not share your password or do anything else that might jeopardize the security of your account.
• You will not transfer your account (including any page or application you administer) to anyone without first getting our written permission.
• If you select a username for your account we reserve the right to remove or reclaim it if we believe appropriate.

Copyright Abuse
We respond expeditiously to notices of claimed copyright infringement and terminate users or account holders who are "repeat infringers." Pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, we respond to notices of copyright infringement if they conform with the requirements of 17 USC 512(c).

Limitation of Liability
Except in jurisdictions where such provisions are restricted, in no event will SEO Group be liable to you or any third person for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special or punitive damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses (even if SEO Group has been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from: (i) the use or the inability to use the Service; (ii) the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services resulting from your inability to access or obtain any goods, data, information or services through or from the Service; (iii) unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data; (iv) statements or conduct of any third party on the service; or (v) any content posted on the Website or transmitted to Registrants or Members; or (vi) any inaccurate or out-of-date content produced by the tools or published in the guides or blog, or Website; or (vii) any other matter relating to the Service. Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary, SEO Group's liability to you for any cause whatsoever, and regardless of the form of the action, will at all times be limited to the amount paid, if any, by you to SEO Group in the twelve (12) months prior to the claimed injury or damage.

Terms
This Agreement will remain in full force and effect while you use the seogroup.com and/or are a Member. You may cancel your membership at any time, for any reason. SEO Group may terminate your membership by sending notice to you at the email address you provide in your application for membership, or such other email address as you may later provide to SEO Group. All decisions regarding the termination of accounts shall be made at the sole discretion of SEO Group. SEO Group is not required, and may be prohibited, from disclosing a reason for the termination of your account. Even after your membership or subscription is terminated, this Agreement will remain in effect. SEO Group reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Embed Tool
You acknowledge and accept that we have will continue to make sure our embed code works on all sites and platforms, but do not guarantee that the embedded code will work on all sites and platforms. If you have any issues, feel free to reach out to us and we can help you resolve them as quickly as possible. support@seogroup.com

In addition, you fully understand and are aware that the embeded Free SEO audit Tool will output data differently than audits ran on seogroup.com. More specifically, at this current time, the audits produced by our SEO Audit Tool embedded on our member sites will output bar graphs instead of pie graphs, under "Top Words Used". We are working to make this more consistent.
