Everyone knows that links are an important element of search engine optimization - perhaps the most important element. However, in the quest to get more and more offsite links (which of course, are absolutely essential), many site owners and SEOs neglect internal linking.
Besides creating a solid navigational system for your website, you should have an internal linking strategy - go through each page of content and see where you could logically insert contextual links, which is good for your site’s overall SEO and for user navigation.
